Shipping and returns
We are happy to refund any purchases within 7 working days from receipt. To return an item you must contact customer services for the return procedure. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded.
All sale and promotional-priced items with minimum 30% discount are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Asavagroup reserves the right to refuse exchange of any merchandise does not meet all of the above conditions

Please wrap your item(/s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Asava.
Asava is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit.
